MENA Newswire News Desk: Arada has officially launched construction of the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, an ultra-luxury development featuring 52 bespoke homes. The project, designed in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline, along with 90,000 square feet of premium amenities.

The initial enabling works contract has been awarded to Dubai-based International Foundation Group LLC (IFG), a specialist in deep foundation and ground solutions. The scope includes shoring, piling, dewatering, and excavation, with work already underway and targeted for completion by March 2025. Arada plans to award the main construction contract in the first quarter of next year, marking a significant milestone for the development.

To provide potential buyers with a tangible preview of its luxurious offerings, Arada has unveiled a dedicated Show Apartment at its sales office in City Walk. The apartment showcases signature design elements by Armani/Casa, featuring a replica living room, master bedroom, bathroom, boudoir, and dining room, all outfitted with materials and furnishings from the iconic brand.

Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, highlighted the significance of the project, stating, “Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah is a new landmark for one of Dubai’s most coveted neighborhoods, offering impeccable design and architecture alongside an impressive collection of world-class amenities. We’re pleased to have started construction and look forward to collaborating with Tadao Ando and Armani/Casa to bring this unique residential project to life.”

Each residence is meticulously crafted to integrate breathtaking ocean and skyline views into its interiors, with configurations ranging from two- to five-bedroom units and penthouses. The development also includes two presidential suites, featuring a contemplative courtyard with a reflective pool, a private gym, libraries, cinema, and a parking lounge accommodating up to seven cars. Expansive terraces with infinity pools elevate the living experience further.

Buyers of penthouses and presidential suites will have the opportunity to work directly with Armani/Casa to customize their interiors, ensuring a personalized and luxurious home. Armani Beach Residences has already garnered accolades since its launch earlier this year, winning “Best Branded Residences” in Robb Report’s annual “Best of the Best” awards and “Waterfront Project of the Year” at the 2024 Pillars of Real Estate Awards. This recognition underscores its standing as a benchmark in branded luxury living.
